I absolutely agree!! Loreena Mckennit is one of my favorites! I also like the the celtic band Eden's Bridge. Generally, I say any music with medieval instruments or celtic flutes.
Orchestrated classical music gets me too.

There's an obscure band called Gandalf, but the lyrics seem depressing and unrelated to Tolkien from what I read.
