While it's not Tolkien, there is an Inkling movie coming out (scheduled for
Dec., 9, 2005: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, which could be a basis for future discussion. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0363771/ has some information. Related, I thought the recent Anthony Hopkins C.S. Lewis movie was "interesting."
