Estel was partt of the italian Mafia he wears his suave suits and likes carrying around a bat but unike his comrads he yells for protection money in elvish as opposed to italian, so he was forced to start his new gang it Elvish Mafia.

Obivously some of those bozos I used to call 'friends' weren't as tight-lipped as I thought. Batted men tell no tales, though.
Although I have to admit if I ever lead a Mafia it'd take me forever to get into a suit, dressing up is for chocolate chip cookies.
