Yes. Usually lyrics, piano music, and guitar chords... Sometimes just lyrics and guitar chords.

You can find transcribed (sometimes referred to as "tabbed") lyrics-and-chords online pretty easily with a search engine.

Unfortunately no. Only a subset of the songs. They list the songs when you look up the book. Each book as between five and eight songs (or something like that.) As I understand it they are arranged for voice, piano and (chords for) guitar.
