Start of Hobbit Production!!
Peter Jackson has unveiled the very first 10-minute production video from behind-the-scenes of the set of The Hobbit. Check out the video as the director goes back to Bilbo Baggins' Bag End, and get an official look at the first few days of shooting. Also, revealed is your first glimpse of the key cast on the set, including Andy Serkis, Ian McKellen, Martin Freeman and Richard Taylor of Weta Workshop, in which you also get to see some stunt preparation as well as weapon and costume work. Kyranger, what would this forum do without you? You're the one who's keeping tabs on Th for all of us!
 Is Jackson trying to be funny with the random comments about bones and such? (or maybe it's just my prejudice against him that makes me see bad in his every move) At least they've started filming. That's progress.  Uch, I'm such a hypocrite! First I blame PJ for just about everything and say how bad he made the movies, but I'm excited to see TH come out!

PJ is a little odd, though still it is nice to see that TH and LotR will have continuity, at least in the sets (Bag End, Rivendell). And Gandalf's still Gandalf, whatever turns the other characters and storylines might take...
