Beorn(Arda Annual)

Has anyone ever read the "Figure of Beorn" piece in the 1987 Arda annual by Anders Stenstrom? I saw it mentioned a while back and it was supposed to be a very insightful essay on Beorn, his possible origins and things like his height. I think Stenstrom used Bilbo's description to put him at least ten feet tall. Using some of the Misty Mountain events to estimate his age and some other neat considerations. I can no longer find the sight but would love to get a summary from someone who has it or has read it?
