How wonderful Eruwen, that is really cool that your experience on this site has influenced your life in so many ways.

I would have to say that I would stop short of calling LOTR an anti-drug. It is a good thing to be interested in, but I would have to say that I think that many of the people who are on the site are people who seem like that they would hopefully never even consider getting into that kind of behavior. I would think that most of us are people who if they didn't have LOTR, would be passionately into another interest.

Though I am just using the people who post on this site as an example. I would hope that the works of Tolkien influence people who maybe never even post on forums such as this. And maybe encourage them to do good for the whole of the world.
