As for Bilboes Dreme - well,
FOOD springs to mind after he got Bombur'd by Thranduil. I think he also dreamt of mountains; you say 'it', so maybe the LONELY MOUNTAIN.
6: 'Twin city' in Middle-earth would probably mean Minas Ithil & Anor, but my immediate assumption was Ankh-Morpork. ^_~ 'No rugs back' could mean there's a 'guron' in the answer, but that doesn't sound terribly Tolkien.
7: Uh... Fingolfin's 'squeeze' is presumably Anaire. Not sure other than that.
