Amyn leant further forward, hanging onto the ledge just above Elrond's head. She listened to Thengise talking and grinned.
"No-one gets rid of me that easily" she murmered. she had followed the group, keeping well out of sight, to here. Where they were going after this, she did not know.
Quite suddenly, Thengise looked upwards, almost directly at Amyn. Ducking quickly back to avoid being seen, Amyn lost her tight grip, and plunged three feet down, to land in a heap at Elrond's feet.
Elrond was extremly startled, but Thengise was not, knowing from experience that this was just the kind of dumb stunt Amyn might pull.
The bruised, but not badly hurt faery picked herself up, and, with as much dignity as she could muster, clambered back onto the roof and got on Senouce's back. She was going to see Sorell and Kalia properly, if she died doing so. She rode towards the servant's quarters and eavesdeopped for a while there.
Amyn picked up some info, then flew back. the group had gone inside and presumably to have some food. Brushing back her long red hair, Amyn dropped silently into the doorway, checking for guards. None. Good. She ran quickly and lightly along the passage, until she reached a free room. She had heard the servants.
"Where are the guest going to sleep?"
"If they stay, the corridor inside the entrance would be best. There's five free rooms there. The mad one is staying in a special room."

Amyn calculated. One room each for Kalia, Thengise, Collette and Sorell. Leaving one free room. She would take that one as her hide. She picked a random room and waltzed inside, locking the door. By burning the door slightly, then replacing it with ice, she was able to see through quite clearly. She just hoped no-one would notice. Placing a quick fog screen around the door, she could still see out, but no-one could see in. She frosted over the lock, making sure no-one could get in. She could easily fly through the window and eat outside.
Amyn settled down to watch and wait.
