Well, I just had a look in the Encyclopedia of Arda but it says very little about her. But I'm pretty sure that there is some information about her in the appendices at the back of the Return of the King. I was reading them the other day. Not very much, but a little. If you haven't read it, take a look. It's in the part where it talks about the Stewards of Gondor.
And yes, there was another Finduilas. 'The doomed daughter of Orodreth', so the encyclopedia calls her. 'The daughter of Orodreth, who dwelt with him in Nargothrond. After the Sack of Nargothrond, she was carried away by Orcs and slain by them on the borders of Brethil'.
