I'm from Belgium, read it first at the age of 14, and now I'm 15.
The Dutch UT you can find in Belgium, last year I bought one(Now I only read the English books, much better, especially the Letters and so) "Nagelaten Vertellingen" by Het Spectrum. Have a look at the Fnac store in Gent. First floor by the books, or ask it.
