Have we actually founded the Barrow-Downs Troupe yet?

Just thought I'd ask in case I missed something.

Due to server issues I have characters on both servers that have been active this week. Unfortunately, splitting my limited time between two toons means that neither of them has advanced very far.

I'm working on it though.
