Hmm... I have the perfect idea! How about Fairbanks, Alaska in the middle of the winter! it's only a six hour drive from where I live!
Or for the Downers who don't like very low temperatures, how about Fairbanks in the summer, there is a very nice camp ground up there... Or even better
Barrow!
