It all depends on whether we want to start out with the envoy or the scouting party: the former would be setting out from Lorien, the latter from Mirkwood, following the army. Both groups will be pretty main major parts of the story, but I believe we must decide which will be the set
main characters.
Just another tidbit that needs to be worked out...and that can stimulate another page of discussion.
