I'll take a go at it...

Aldarion-> Gil-Galad-> Elrond-> Saruman-> Thengel-> Fengel...???

I don't really know if there was interaction between Saruman and Thengel, but I would think there was, since it was during Thengel's reign that Saruman pronounced himself Lord of Isengard and Theoden refers to Saruman's friendship with Rohan in LotR.
