Yeah I remember that being a contested point in one of the previous games and I can't remember who the moderator was but they completely disappeared for 2 or so weeks and the game went dead.

I think it's been generally accepted anything that comes in at :00 is good. Anything :01 is not.

On a totally different issue: kudos to Boro for the narration! Loved it.
