Farael, it is indeed 7:30 am Central time. However, I'm afraid I'm going to have to revise it anyway, as it turns out my own schedule has changed.
New DL is 12:30 pm GMT. I believe this is 6:30 am to you and Sally so you'll both probably want to vote early most Days.
