Though you have to admit those lightsabers would be really fun.<P>However, I'd much rather hobnob with hobbits than the hideous mélange of monsters which inhabit the Star Wars galaxy. Many of Lucas' creatures look like the very nadir of creative thought, while in LotR even the ugly creatures look physically plausible and strangely attractive. (Oh come on, if I was an Orcess I'm sure Lurtz would seem handsome in his own ugly way.) And even the movieWargs surpass any SW creature. Recall those giant ticks Anakin was riding in Ep. II?<P>So I'd say Elf.<P>An Elf with a lightsaber.
