You have the right attitude here. I hope they could hire these people whom the general public doesn't know yet from blockbusters or soft-drink advertising... Like Andy Serkis who was picked from something like total anonymity... only because of his talent. That's the way it should go.
Sadly few of us Finns have any idea about the lesser known actors in England or the States...
