Perhaps you should revise that opening statement, and the thread title. Since the poll was taken only among US adults, the results are valid only for the US.
Thus, it is "US public opinion" and "all time American fav."
And we could of course exclude New Zealand from any poll as folks there are bound to have a biased opinion towards some local colour.
