I can just see Turin and Gwindor in Clerks.

Turin: I'm cursed, my father's disappeared, I've been kicked out of Doriath, I smell like orc-blood, I killed my best friend, my ex-girlfriend is dead, my wife is catatonic after talking to a dragon, besides turning out to be my SISTER, and on top of everything, I'm not even supposed to BE here today!!!!!
