In my book (HarperCollins, ed.1994) Cirdan says: "But as for me, my heart is with the Sea, and I will dwell by the grey shores until the last ship sails. I will await you."
I wonder that there are such differences... I guess your version is the original one, because an editor would probably not add more text or change "you" to "thee"..
