I was thinking of offering Barrow Downs or Barrow Wight too.
I have a sillier idea - Bree - B for borrow, E for a note and 'Erb (like Herb Alpert) backwards. 
I wonder if the E clue could be something to do with the forestry/replanting work Sam does in the Shire with the earth from Galadriel's box. But if so, what could the actual word be?
