Lembas is the bread that Galadriel gave to the Fellowship when leaving Lothlorien. It is sweet and very nutricious(sp?), and came wraped in Mallorn leaves, from the trees that grow only in Lothlorien. The recepie is a secret known only to Galadriel and her maids.
