Thought some of you might be interested in this (especially since fanfiction/net is currently acting so screwy) - the Tolkien writer's group Henneth Annun has launched their own fanfiction archive,
www.henneth-annun.net. Fics posted there have to be recommended by several people, so they're generally pretty good. There may be a few stories that overlap with the Fanfiction site here at the Downs, but not many, from what I can see. Hope people enjoy it!
