davem, you may see it in terms of "winning" and "losing"– even though, as I already pointed out, no actual court case took place– but it looks to me like they reached a compromise– which is what settling out of court
means, after all.
Really, I don't see what there is for you to get so excited about. But then, hey, I never do.
