Actually– even though there's not much need for a cobbler to hint in this game– that post looks a lot like he's doing just that.
"Bingo! Nice work, my wolfish mistress!"
Which is another thing– there's been a surprising amount of what
looks like signalling. And yet, in this game, why bother?
