That sounds like some beautifully magical countryside you do your treking through Meela! I know what you mean about that feeling of sensing something ancient and spiritual in the Wild,where abouts are your 'scapes to be found?
I'm just in the middle of planning a fine old hike, treking down the banks of the
River Findhorn
(Scottish Highlands) from source to the sea, should take about 6 days or so, and apart from the awesome scenery it travels through we chose the Findhorn because the name is so, well, Tolkienish!
