Also I woud say that
tp should make the final call for the deadline 24 hours rather than 12 hours before it (I think a few players were in problems because they hadn't realised the DL as 12 hours is quite a short notice). But the players should also check up the deadlines a bit more often just to avoid this kind of confusions. 24 hours should be enough for everyone as there sure is some general idea about when the next round will start (the results must come in, people must make their changes etc.).
