Foley is partly right in saying that lord Athanar might have used a public doctor in Edoras... but then again, isn't it a mark of a lord to have his own "physician"?
So I have no problem with there being a healer in lord Athanar's retinue (a new character) and thus no need to delete or rewrite anything.
