Hakon was some kind of ultra-powerful politician, crimelord or possibly both, and basically ran the entire world.
He was purchasing
Greenie (at her current age, oddly) as his latest concubine.
At the moment I managed to wake up, he was inspecting her very critically, with a
horrible sneer on his face, and saying she was overpriced, because he didn't believe she was a natural blonde.
