Roles:

Four wolves. PM during Nights only. Must get their kill in an hour before deadline (barring excessive extenuating circumstances, of course) and win when there are as many of them as there are ordinary folks.

Seer. Gets a dream each Night (which needs to be sent in at least an hour before deadline) and is told the role of each person they choose. In the event of the secret role, the person will show up as an ordinary innocent.

Ranger. Tries to predict the wolves’ target. Can’t protect the same person twice in a row and can only protect themselves twice the entire game (which cannot in their case be consecutive).

Hunter. When killed, takes their target down with them. However, taking a page from Legate's book, they send me two players’ names instead of just one. If the first person on their list is a wolf, the wolf dies, whereas if the second person on the list is a wolf they die. If neither person on the hunter’s list is a wolf, however, I roll a die to see which target dies.

Ordos. Lynch fodder.

A lover pairing? (This is up for discussion.)

Special role(s). You’ll just have to find out, won’t you?

A note on roles and narrations: Narrations will not, unless stated otherwise, give hints as to neither players nor roles. The exception is the original post in this (the admin) thread, which will give you hints as to the secret role(s) I’ve planned for this game.

Voting:

Everyone will receive four votes to be used each Day. Not four bonus votes, four votes. You may not use more than one vote on a person and you may not vote for yourself. You do not have to use all of your votes, but if you do not vote two Days in a row using at least four votes (aka Day 1 if you forget to vote you must use all your votes Day 2, etc.) you will be modfired.

The person with the least votes at the end of the Day dies. In the event of a tie between three or less players I will roll a die. In the event of a tie between more than three players you people suck at deciding and no one dies. (Assume this tie rule constitutes ¼ of the village, so if there are eight people left in the village and three of them are tied, there’s no lynch, four for 12, etc. This ratio also applies to any other game constructs such as the number of votes a person has per Day, etc. Please see note below.) The same is true, but in reverse, for Simon Says, which is explained in detail below.

Basically the less people there are in the game the less votes a person will have to use, as would be expected. If there is a change in the number of available votes it will be posted both in the Night’s narration and in the admin thread so that all are aware. In regards to modfire, if the vote count decreases and this causes someone to not meet the four-vote minimum they will of course be spared, provided they use all their votes on the Day they would otherwise receive modfire.

The person who receives the most votes during the Day will be much like the captains from Nog's recent game (without the Nighttime chatty powers). The Day they are Simon Says they can either reduce a person’s ‘score’ or add to it by two points. (So for instance if Mnemo is the Simon Says of the Day and detracts from Shasta, he will start the Day with -2 points.) The Simon of the Day can change their choice once during their Day as Simon. Also, the same Simon cannot rule more than two Days in a row.

So I know this isn't complete, but I'll add to it as I think of things and you can totally ask questions if you don't understand anything. Feel free to sign up!
