I've actually read that it is 12th+ grade level, but wait a sec I'll get a more accurate opinion...

After at least a few hundred clicks, I have Microsoft Word's decision on the grade level which is... *drumroll* heh, that's funny: Word says the same thing: 12.0, which I believe is as high as it can judge (no grade levels beyond 12).
