Personally my fav bad guy was the head Man in Black - The Leader of the Nazgul (aka The Witch King of Angmar)

He seemed to be the most active evil dude (acting much like a gummy bear ie. flying here and there and everywhere) boy that was sad...

Moving on - I admit there were other cool bad guys but this guy edges them out... the thing that most endears him to me is that his soft spot for the ladies brings about his downfall <img src=smile.gif ALT="">
