My treasure, the reasons why her actions are anything but helpful have already been stated several times.
The point is, if
Sally were an ordo trying some weird ploy (whether to save the Seer, or to test
Lhuna like
Kent did with
Nilp last game, or whatever) she would surely have backed down by
now.
And if she's the
real Seer, and
Nogrod an ordo,
he would have backed down.
