I've just realised you can't see that Phantom and Alien comic on Part 3...
Basically;

First panel -
Alien: So I've taken up smoking.

Second Panel -
Phantom: C'mon, lung cancer! I'm counting on you!

Third Panel -
Phantom: Hang on, you're smoking my money aren't you?
Alien: Right on!
