Gwath, I wouldn't be too worried about qualifications. I think you have enough experience and you definitely have the right qualities, so if pio agrees, I think it's alright you take the job.

I'm trying to contact Valier now (I added her as a friend on facebook), let's hope I can get in contact with her - that way or some other way - in a couple of days...
