I'm going to go the risky way anyway (well, there's not too many beauties or beasts left to choose in teams that will probably advance to the later stages...
).
But I'm slightly for the ruling about the captain - even if I'm afraid many people will choose the same ones which just keeps the situation as it is and makes the people go for the same foreseen names in the drafts - and those not actively updating their teams will be on shorthand on this as they have will not make the choice (which in the end is their own problem to be sure).
