When selecting your team, look at the order in which the players are listed (particularly midfielders).
In general, the MFs that are listed farther down closer to the FWs tend to get involved more in the offense, while the MFs listed higher up are more defensive minded. This is not a guarantee that the lower MFs will score more fantasy points, however there is a greater probability of them scoring more fantasy points.
In other words, I would generally slant my selections towards those MFs lower on the list, but don't get upset if one of yours gets shut down and the one above him scores a bunch. There are no guarantees.
