I guess I'll have to be boring and go for Beregond, or Háma. As for others, I find Erkenbrand a lovely character (or maybe it's just the situation where he first appears in Helm's Deep...). Also Círdan the shipwright strikes me as awesome. And, for some reason, the messenger from Gondor who brings Théoden the red arrow. Does Bill the pony count?
