If they are removed after toMorrow and they are innocents, then on Day three which is a critical phase anyhow we have actually less in numbers that we would have if we lynched them ourselves! Why let a curse kill an innocent - or two - if we're not sure whom we lynch ourselves? Just more innocents dying...
