There are some places I've never been able to figure out their locations inn the Tolkien maps. I' like to know where the following are:

1. Angband
2. Utumno
3. Lake Cuivienen (birthplace of the elves)
4. Two Lamps (before the Two Trees)
5. First realm of the Valar (before Valinor)
