I think Nogrod and Boro to be more on the innocent side, so I wouldn't want to vote for them.

I would only vote Gil or Shasta reluctantly.

Though I suspect Legate, he hasn't been here much today, so I would give him the benefit of doubt.

I therefore would prefer Menel.
