I remeber a memorable one in the Scotsman newspaper lastyear when the European Commision was making all the names in Scotland politically correct so like the Black Isle would be turned into the Shaded Isle or something like that. I must admit I got really annoyed at those meddling bureaucrats in Brussels for, oh I say about 2 hours...
