A few updates:

Boromir88 has informed me that he will not be playing in this game, so I've removed his name from the list.

Since the sign-up phase has been taking this long, I'm going to drop the required number of players to 15. That means we only need four more people to sign up before the game begins. Hopefully, we can get started soon.
