Well, I still like Glorfindel's E=mc˛ theory of balrog wings' relativity which once and for all shows that balrogs don't have wings...
But then again we also have the quantum theory of balrog wings made by Galadriel which seems to show they do have wings...
I guess that the truth is beyond us
