When there are less people around it is quite important to have such ones around who do not consistently vote or suspect you. Also it is imperative to not raise too much discomfort around with others (as they might vote you). It's so neat a balance now that one bad feeling of someone wishing to try you out may result in that person getting one's vote - even if that is done in good faith to help see who's actually furry or not.

So Farael actually could be the wolf too. A bit reckless, possibly, but that is a good cover also.
