I thought a lot about the Elendilmir in the beginning, since it was also made twice, and then I remembered the same is true about the Elendilmir
anyway, next riddle:

Graced by the touch of three ladies hands

Beneath hills I lie beyond mortal lands

By pride and greed my master was devoured,

My brother came to rest in the West-Tower.
