Can anybody tell me if Tolkien, or his family, or any of his closest friends, ever lived in a bungalow or cottage called "Cobswebs," on Sea Road, in Milford-on-Sea?

I think this home was torn down several years ago, and rebuilt with other houses, all given hobbit names?
