There he quotes the reasons that
Menel gave. It's absolutely not his own suspicion - on the contrary. It's not even saying 'if Naria's innocent Lommy is not', but 'if Lommy's innocent Naria's not'. Are you twisting Boro's words? Even if it was just a fault, it is not a good reason for a vote, though I agree that good reasons for votes are rare at the moment.
Regardless I agree with you that
Lommy is worth a closer look, but this kind of reason makes me suspicious on you again.
